6:00am Wake up and still think we have a chance of hitting the road by 10am

8:00am We can be out the door by 11am, tops

12:00pm Maybe 12:30?? Text friends in LA and sheepishly cancel plans and push dinner res back....again

1:00pm Cram the 15 bags I feel are "necessary" for the trip into the Mini. Debate how much of the road you actually need to see while driving

1:15pm Finally get in the car and start the road trip!
